The WhatsApp host for tour operators · Bocas del Toro, Panamá
A toucan has worked the treetops of Bocas longer than anyone has run tours here. Don Tuco is the one who put on a jacket. He greets every guest the way a good innkeeper does, and he never loses the ledger.
A tour operator's whole business runs on one personal WhatsApp number.
Inquiries arrive at 10 pm, in three languages, while the owner is mid-tour with wet hands. Guests who wait hours for an answer book somewhere else. A website booking widget doesn't fix this, because the guests are already in WhatsApp. Don Tuco lives there too.
Don Tuco runs as an agent with tools. He never invents an answer: availability comes from the booking ledger, prices from your catalog, and anything he can't resolve goes straight to you.
Every slot is checked against the booking ledger before it's offered. If 11:00 is taken, he offers 14:00. No double bookings.
Tour, date, group size, name, total price confirmed out loud, then into the ledger. Guests get a confirmation email, you get a notification.
Complaints, discounts, groups over your limit, or anything unclear: Don Tuco tells the guest a human will follow up and alerts you immediately. Asked if he's a bot, he says yes.

Try him yourself, right now: message +1 (414) 261-7820 on WhatsApp. He answers in seconds, in your language, and the booking lands in the live ledger.
Tours, prices, time slots, languages, FAQ, and your escalation rules live in a single configuration file. Finca Montezuma, a working cacao farm in Dolphin Bay, runs on the file you see here. The next operator is the next file.
We build and run it for you. You keep answering WhatsApp exactly as before, just a lot less often.

Finca Montezuma is a cacao farm in Dolphin Bay, Bocas del Toro, reachable by boat, that hosts tastings and chocolate workshops. Its bookings used to depend on the owner seeing each WhatsApp message and typing the reply by hand. Don Tuco answers them now.
Next in line are the tour operators we already build for across Bocas del Toro and the Caribbean coast.

Don Tuco has your details in the ledger. A human (really) will write back within a day.
